Prepares surfaces for carpet, rubber, wood flooring, and other materials. Can also be used on walls and ceilings. Ready to mix with water or DAP(TM) Bonding Liquid/Floor Leveler Additive. Note: Not for use under vinyl sheet goods. Use Concrete Floor Leveler & patch or Concrete Patcher and Resurfacer.
