The Test-Tite Flush-Mount T-Cone Cleanout Plug prevents debris and vermin from entering your DWV (drain, waste, and vent) system. Designed for flush or below-ground applications, this drain cleanout plug is easy to install and remove and is available in 3- and 4-inch models. The plug creates positive sealing to prevent noxious fumes and dangerous sewer gases from escaping, and it comes with a metal cover plate.
